ECCO Lodge
Getting Around the Grounds | Our lodge rooms and our meeting space are in separate buildings, and meals are in a third. Plan on walking between them several times a day. The grounds are hilly and unlit in places, so bring comfortable shoes and a flashlight, and allow a few extra minutes to get to each session on time.
ECCO Lodge Rules and Regulations
ECCO is a retreat center run as a ministry, not a hotel, and our group is responsible as a whole for how we leave it. Please read before you arrive.

Available in all meeting and lodge rooms, Multiple networks on facility, Password "EccoWiFi"
Arrival & Departure
Check-in opens Friday, August 14 at 4:00 PM at the ECCO business office. All lodge rooms must be Checked out by 10:00 AM Sunday, and everyone must be off property by 12:00 PM.
Meal
Don't be late to mealtime. We will keep mealtime at 45minutes in order to proceed timely with our programs.
Dining Hall
Dining hall is open 24 hours for snacks, pancit canton parties and general grazing. They will allow portable induction stove or plug in food warmer, rice cooker.
There are refrigerators in the dining hall that is available for use.
Towels & Linen
To keep costs down, ECCO provides on set of towels and bed linens. Towels will be changed once during the week for any group staying longer than 3 days.
Please do not strip the beds. We no longer allow outside bedding to be brought in and used in our rooms, if you need an additional blanket or pillow while here we are happy to provide it.
Meeting & Lodge Rooms
Please turn off lights, heater/air conditioners when rooms are not in use. Keep the doors closed to conserve energy. In lodge rooms, if you move any furniture, please return it to its original arrangment before you leave.
Appliances
There are no TV, mini-fridge, microwaves or irons in standard lodge rooms.
Food
All meals are served buffet style in Lyles Hall Dining Room. Please come on time — the kitchen serves on a schedule and cannot hold plates.
No food is allowed in lodge rooms, the dormitory, or Walters Chapel. Eat in Lyles Hall or outdoors. Food in rooms brings wildlife and ants. A cleaning fee of $100 per room will be charged for rooms that have had food stored in them.
Noise, Guests, Kids
Quiet time Begins at 12AM (We are the only group booked for this date) Keep evening noise down near the lodge and dormitory. Anything loud or amplified must be cleared with ECCO in advance.
Children must be supervised at all times outside of scheduled child care. See the Teams page for child care assignments and locations.
Property Damage
Damage to buildings, grounds, or equipment beyond normal wear is charged to whoever is responsible. Report accidents right away rather than leaving them to be discovered.
Families
There are no special facilities, daycare, or recreation for children at ECCO. Children under 18 must be supervised at all times.
Pets
Pets are not allowed at ECCO. Service animals are welcome, please let us know if you are bringing your service animal
Lost and Found
All items left behind be held for 60 days. If not claimed they will be donated to charity. There is a minimum of $10 fee to cover costs for returning items.
